Supervisor: VP of Strategic Accounts
Position Description:
A crucial role reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Accounts the New Install Manager will work together with sales, customer service, IT, and other personnel to lead, coordinate and document the onboarding of new customers. Understand and document the detailed requirements of all parties, ensuring we are meeting all requirements and leading the implementation.
Lead new clients through implementation methodology and process including requirements definition, documentation of scope & business rules, solution design, testing, and launching new setup into production. Work with clients to gather required contracts, information, and documentation to set up new customers in systems to ensure they can process data in live production.
The Install Manager will own completion of assigned projects across multiple implementations working with a team to ensure customer requirements are vetted, documented, and remain in line with production, services, and design capabilities.
The role is expected to actively drive best practices and adhere to implementation process & methodology as well as providing inputs into new or enhancing existing processes.
This person is responsible for working closely with support and other management functions to help inform & vet product enhancement requests vs. development work.
Clearly defining and articulating how products function, base features, and how our products and services can meet our client’s needs.
Helps facilitate organic growth and upsell opportunities
Leads and participates in transitioning accounts to the Customer Service team
Requirements:

Job Summary:
Reports To: Relationship Manager
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary contact for external and internal customers, is responsible for making judgements and discretionary decisions that affect the operations of the company, and effectively communicates those judgements and decisions to the customer. The CSR is also responsible for appropriately communicating customer requirements to the manufacturing team, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Manage incoming calls. Receive all questions and concerns from external and internal customers. Provide solutions to problems.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint via phone and email; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Receive, sort and prepare a checklist for all customer materials. Determine date of availability for any missing materials.
- Generate estimates and break out fixed and variable costs. Review and edit estimates to ensure accuracy when required.
- Generate purchase orders as required.
- Send proofs to customers and receive them upon return.
- Provide samples to customers when needed.
- Press Approvals when needed.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
- Maintain departmental housekeeping standards while following and complying with all safety and work rules and regulations.
- Maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction while building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Attend scheduling meetings and communicate with co-workers the status of jobs, any unique circumstances relating to jobs, etc.
- Serve as a back-up to other CSRs.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
Qualifications:
To perform the essential duties of this job to its highest level, an individual should possess printing knowledge, strong customer support experience, excellent communication skills, strong phone contact handling and listening skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

We have recently completed construction on our new world-class print facility located in the historic Burroughs complex in Plymouth. Hatteras is seeking a mailroom inserter operator. We operate Pitney Bowes Flowmaster equipment in our air-conditioned mailroom. The position requires an individual with a good eye for detail, must be able to stand 8 hours per day, 17 years or older, and able to lift 25 pounds. We prefer someone with experience but will offer paid training. - Set up embroidery machines and select the thread and fabric that will be used for each job
- Sew logos, initials, and other patterns into fabric
- Hood and trim embroidered apparel
- Perform regular machine maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot any problems that arise with your machine and resolve them
- Screen printing experience with automatic presses
- Balance multiple projects without sacrificing efficiency
- Able to stand for the entire 8 hour shift
- Extreme attention to detail is required
Full Time - 40 Hours
Shift - Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay Range - $18 - $20/hour (pay commensurate with experience) + Paid time off, Paid training, medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, 401K, company paid life insurance.
